Social Media Breakfasts – update from event

The first of three NFBP’s Social Media breakfasts was held this morning (Thursday 12 October) at Lyndhurst Community Centre. Today’s topic was about how scheduling tools can help support businesses in reaching the right audiences through social media. Rebecca Wade from Purple Dog gave a brilliant and insightful presentation on the variety of social media channels there are available, and how and why each one is appropriate to certain audiences.

Tickets were sold out as a variety of businesses were in attendance all seeking to get something different from the event. Places are also selling fast for our second and third social media breakfasts on the 19th and 26th October so if interested make sure you act fast to avoid disappointment.

The breakfast provided by the Community Centre was enjoyed by all delegates and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We are very much looking forward to welcoming Rebecca Wade back for our next two social media breakfasts to share with us her extensive knowledge on imagery and video marketing.
