Local business is only too aware of the effect the credit crunch has had on small business. Whilst much of the media focus has been on increasing prices and static wages, much of the difficulties have centred around business and their ability to access finance.
Whilst indications are that we’re now over the worse of the downturn, businesses still have a need to access credit to expand and develop their company.
In line with this, NFBP is organising an event to make you aware of the options available and how best you can position yourself to access these opportunities.
The event will comprise of two guest speakers.
- Ian Payne – Relationship Manager at Lloyds Bank who will talk about how a Bank assesses a Lending Application and what factors can influence a decision. He’ll also cover what a business needs/should expect to provide when applying for lending
- Richard Hall – European Information Centre who will cover the topic of grants and government loans. How you can be aware of what’s available and further still improve your chances of successfully applying
This event will take place at Moorhill House Hotel and includes a buffet style breakfast. Parking available on site.
