Business Planning Breakfast – Rhinefield (28 April 2016)

Business Planning for Success. That was the theme of the NFBP Breakfast at Rhinefield House Hotel on Thursday 28 April.

Some businesses may look at a business plan as a mechanism to extract money from the bank manager and whilst in some cases it can help to achieve this, in reality it needs to be far more than this; it needs to be an evolving, document that can help you in every part of entrepreneurial life.

This was the message from Vicki Dunn-Mussert from Get Set for Growth who provided an in-depth presentation on the important ingredients for a Business Plan including setting realistic targets, managing your cash flow and avoiding common mistakes.

The event included a superb breakfast, engaging networking, and energetic Q&A session following Vicki’s presentation.
