Andrew’s career is divided into two parts: management consultancy for Blue Chip companies such as American Express and British Airways, where he primarily focused on improving systems and running philanthropy organisations.

Andrew now works as a freelance business consultant and mentor for SMEs and non-profits, helping them to grow and develop. He is also the founder of I’m Not Done Yet, working with individuals over 50 to challenge perceptions of ageing and retirement and live fearlessly and powerfully.

Andrew is committed to making a positive impact in the world. He has been featured in national press and has worked with senior executives, politicians and the royal family.
