After leading Vattenfall’s UK energy retailer, Monica navigated the energy crisis at the helm of So Energy, where she played a pivotal role in a merger with ESB Energy. Before these energy-focused roles, Monica’s commercial experience spanned property, automotive and retail home improvement. She now successfully operates plurally across a portfolio of non-executive and board advisory roles. Having served as the only female Chief Executive of a domestic supplier, Monica was recently a UN Women UK delegate.
