The New Forest Business Partnership is committed to helping our local businesses to grow.

Join us for an informative workshop on End of Year Skills Planning: An opportunity to reflect, refresh and re-skill to shape your next chapter.

An interactive session to reflect and look back on the year, to share and celebrate highlights and achievements for individuals and the business itself.
We’ll be reviewing skills that business owners and their teams have achieved in 2025.  There will be a focus on the areas where critical skills were missing, thinking about the impact of both of these areas on productivity, growth, economic challenges and identifying solutions to maintain business sustainability.
We’ll spend time creating skills prioritising and goal setting, in readiness for January’s workshop where the focus will be on Skills Strategy for Micro Businesses, aligning business plans, people resource planning and key objectives for 2026 and beyond.
