“Procurement” or “Purchasing” are terms that you hear about, whether you are selling into companies or managing your own cost base. How can you take the best techniques in Procurement and make them work for your business? How does Procurement work in businesses you are selling to?

In her workshop, Justine will introduce you to some simple tools you can take from Procurement to adopt in your business, helping you to look not only at your costs but also the relationships with your suppliers. She will also touch on how Procurement works, for when you are planning your selling.  You will be able to take away some simple to deploy ways of re-looking at your supply chain.
