New Forest Business Support Hour – Wednesday 3 June

3 June @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Free
planning

On Wednesday 3 June, we will discuss business continuity and recovery planning.

If your business is going to survive this crisis you will need two business plans one setting out how you will survive now – continuity – and one setting out how you will survive the upturn – recovery. The continuity plan is relatively easy as it is mostly about cutting expenditure and conserving cash – the things most businesses have been doing to survive during lockdown. The recovery plan is much more difficult, and the hardest thing will be judging when the right time has arrived to take your foot off the brake and get your foot back on the accelerator.

No expert can come in and do this for you, so in our discussion this week we help each other to set out our goals and strategies, which will encourage you to think deeply about how to optimise every aspect of your business. This will play an important part in your success. This crisis is survivable for most businesses but only if you plan your strategies in detail now.

During the Hour, there will be time for businesses to share ideas, opportunities or concerns with each other. There will also be the opportunity to follow up afterwards with NFBP, NFDC and Solent LEP Growth Hub.

This is a virtual Zoom meeting and is free of charge. You do need to book by 1400 on Wednesday. You will then receive an email just after 1400 with the Zoom meeting ID and password to enable you to join the meeting online.
