Our Christmas Lunch will take place at NFBP member venue, Balmer Lawn Hotel.

This special event is only £30 for a 3 course Festive Lunch menu, a glass of sparkling wine on arrival and a glass of wine with lunch or soft drinks. There will be the opportunity to purchase further drinks on the day.

• Chicken Liver Parfait, Cherry Compote, Cinnamon Spiced Brioche
• Mackerel, Fennel and Rocket Salad, with Lemon Gel

Main Course:

• Turkey Roulade, Chestnut Stuffing, Red Cabbage Fondant with Mulled Wine Jus
• Grilled Bream, Potato Terrine with Mussel Beurre Blanc
• Nut Roast Pithivier, Red Cabbage, Roast Swede with Red Wine Dressing

Dessert:

• Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce
• Traditional Cheese and Biscuits
• Chocolate and Hazelnut Praline Mousse with Passionfruit
