NFBP are delighted to welcome PJ Stevens and Steve Nevey to deliver an exciting morning workshop on performance improvement by observing best practices in Formula 1 motor racing.

From seamless collaborative teamwork and leadership, to the interaction and competitive drive required of those involved, this is a highly engaging and user-friendly opportunity to hear how these very ordinary people are able to achieve extraordinary things.

PJ has hosted and delivered people, team work, leadership and business development programmes for clients around the world. Steve has spent the last 22 years in the high-octane world of Formula 1 motor racing, working with F1 teams including Footwork Arrows, Stewart Grand Prix, Jaguar Racing and, until very recently, multiple-world champions Red Bull Racing.

It’ll be fun, simple (but not simplistic) and interactive!
