Session 1: Mastering Instagram for Business  (09.30-11.00am)

• Content creation basics: How to create a post, carousel post, stories and reels
• An introduction to hashtags
• Interacting with your community: Responding to comments and DMs

Session 2: Instagram Strategies for Business: Fuelling Growth and Engagement (11.30am-1.00pm)

In this session, we’ll equip you with the knowledge and skills to develop and implement a successful Instagram strategy that enhances your brand presence, engages your audience and drives business growth.

We will cover: 

• Visual Aesthetics and Branding: The importance of a cohesive look and feel, tips on how to stay on brand
• Content Strategy: A deep dive into when to use posts, carousels, stories and reels; and why they differ – how to develop a consistent posting schedule
• Engagement Tactics: Strategies to increase likes, comments, and shares
• Hashtag Strategy: How to use hashtags effectively to increase reach
• Analysing Performance: Using Instagram Insights to measure success and how to use analytics to refine your approach
