Rayner Jones from Rayner Jones Employment Lawyers will be running through the dramatic changes in Employment Law being introduced by the Labour Government.

These changes will include a right to claim unfair dismissal from Day 1, a right to switch from a zero hours contract to a regular hours contract, flexible working as the default, and a prohibition on dismissing women for 6 months after the end of their maternity leave.
