Today, we welcome NFBP member, Serena Williams of bump & glide, which was set up to provide parents and employers with bespoke support over the perinatal period (pregnancy through to a year after birth). Serena will be talking about an employee benefit that will set your business apart.

Serena’s extensive experience in HR and Communications, coupled with her lived experience of becoming a mother twice, training as a perinatal educator and mental health first aider has enabled her to create a solution to the ongoing challenges women and employers face during this time of huge transition.

bump & glide offers anything from 2 hours to 18 months support resulting in individuals feeling more confident, listened to and valued. Over the past several months, Serena has developed a number of packages for businesses of all types and sizes giving them the tools they need on this often challenging and daunting journey of parenthood and work.
