In addition, he has acted for FTSE 100 Companies, Insurers, UHNWIs/Family Offices, Government Departments (domestic and foreign) and Airlines. He has led strategic hires and growth plans across EMEA and Asia, including multiple new office openings and appointments.

In 2024, in an industry first, he was appointed as the Transformation Officer for a global offshore law firm, where he reported to the managing partner and worked with the firm’s C-suite and executive committee on aspects of transformative change strategies spanning: culture, growth, technology and communications.

Having been at the Bar, in international law firms and off-shore firms, he has a unique insight into the operational pressures faced by a diverse range of legal businesses in challenging, developing markets.

With over 45,000 followers on LinkedIn, he is a widely known and respected name in the legal industry, frequently key noting at events and conferences. He also sits on the board of Legal TechTalk – Europe’s leading event for transformation.
