GDPR: One year on, Thursday 23 May at St Barbe Museum (Lymington)

It has been nearly a year since the introduction of GDPR and although there are some significant changes to the law, not all organisations seem to be aware of their obligations especially in relation to accountability.

This presentation will discuss some of the areas where there is confusion including the implications of Brexit and how that will impact on GDPR and the associated legislation.

The presentation will also look at marketing and how to comply with GDPR especially in relation to meeting the criteria for consent.
