We were delighted to receive The New Forest Business Partnership award for Outstanding Customer Care at the end of last year, it was a real boost for the team to receive this external recognition for their endless enthusiasm to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
We work hard to provide the personal extra touches putting the customer’s needs at the forefront of everything we do which ensures every boat owner has a great experience when they visit the Yacht Haven.
It was great to share receiving this award with all our customers as we felt it really demonstrates the importance we put on their experience. We received a huge amount of support and congratulations from them in response.
One long held ethos we have at Lymington Yacht Haven is to always have the most friendly staff, this core behaviour underlines everything we try to deliver. Our customers are here to enjoy their leisure time and by always delivering a really personal service we hope to stand out in the marina industry.
We continue to invest in our infrastructure and have arguably the best facilities you will find at any UK marina, this along with our location close to the wonderful boating waters of the Western Solent and the busy market town of Lymington give us a great business to build on but without offering outstanding customer service we wouldn’t be delivering what our customers really want.
The award has further motivated the team and as you would always expect great customer service at a 5 star hotel we now feel that as a 5 gold anchor marina (marina equivalent to 5 stars) we can offer the same level of service.
The marine sector plays a important role in the economic growth of the New Forest and we need to continue working hard to be a big part of that future growth. The New Forest Business partnership has given us a great platform to get involved and be part of that growth.
